Dr. Herman earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology; his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and Columbia University School of Law and his B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.

Chris Dawson is a management consultant with over 30 years of experience. As a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and Boards of Directors, he aims at improving business performance to create shareholder value. Much of Dr. Dawson's work is directed toward helping executive teams shape their organizational culture to align with strategy. He also possesses special expertise helping fast-growing, small firms scale their leadership, culture and organizational capabilities.

Dr. Dawson has subject matter expertise and numerous tools and methods in regard to strategy implementation, talent management, organizational design, culture change and executive effectiveness. He is also a senior level executive coach.

Dr. Dawson's book, Leading Culture Change: What Every CEO Needs to Know, was published by Stanford University Press. It provides practical tools and a framework for leaders to successfully change their culture in the service of value creation. He is also a frequent speaker in the area of organizational effectiveness.

Dr. Dawson's educational background – first earning a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and then an MBA in strategy and culture – provides a unique blend of capabilities in people and business. He is also a member of the Adjunct Faculty in the Organizational Psychology program at the California School of Professional Psychology (Alliant University) – San Francisco.
